Pat Coker

Pat has been with Southwest Title Company since 1994 and serves as our Manager. Pat is also one of our Closing Agents and is an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent.

Linda Merrell

Linda has been with Southwest Title Company since 1999 and serves as our Abstract Manager. Linda is also an Arkansas Licensed Abstractor and an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent and served as President of the Arkansas Land Title Association during the 2006-2007 term.

Joey Rains

Joey has been with Southwest Title Company since 2002 and is an Arkansas Licensed Abstractor and an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent.

Krystal Richardson

Krystal Richardson started with Southwest Title Company in 2003 as one of our Closing Assistants and then was one of our Closing Agents. She left in 2014 but has been back with us since 2018 as one of our Closing Agents and is an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent.

Angela Herrington

Angela has been with Southwest Title Company since 2004 and is one of our Closing Assistants and is an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent.

Robin Sewell

Robin started with Southwest Title Company in 2006 and is our Policy Clerk and an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent.

Vickie Ratliff

Vickie has been with Southwest Title Company since 2019 and is one of our Closing Assistants. Vickie has been in the Title business for 6 years.

Katey Cowling

Katey has been with Southwest Title Company since 2020 and is one of our Abstractors and an Arkansas Licensed Title Agent. She has been in the Title business for 9 years.
